La
Biluts is a sending, hosting and coordinating organizarion in EVS, YIA program, with the MI number 2007-ES-67.
We are looking for 2 volunteers for 1/11/08 deadline. Duration: from 6 months to 12.
Activities of the volunteer approved:
Profile 1 – Organization of events, coordinated with Volunteer 2 (1 people). From 6 months to 12 months.
Assist in the preparation of local events as upwards described (intercultural meetings, local festivals, EVS campaign in local community…): concept, coordination of participants, preparation, promotional activities, monitoring spectator’s attitude… (60%)
Contact with local associations, mostly immigrants, to develop common projects. (10%)
Assist in some administrative tasks (mailing, translations...). (10%)
Running a personal project (10%)
Self-training (language skills, technology, information…) (10%)
Profile 2 – Design, support (1 people). From 6 to 12 months
Assist in the preparation of local events as upwards described (intercultural meetings, local festivals, EVS campaign in local community…): concept, coordination of participants, preparation, design and spread of posters, promotional activities.... (50%)
Support of website of Biluts and creation and for a new one for the Euro Mediterranean network our association is working on and general marketing of the association. (10%)
Assist to developing of Tourism equitable branch (web, flyers, networking, contacts with partners….) (10%)
Assist in some administrative tasks (mailing, translations...). (10%)
Running a personal project.(10%),
Self-training (language skills, technology, information…). (10%)
Profile 3 – Audiovisual (2 people) – from 6 to 12 months
Take part in “Kaos- visual network”. Realize activities from preproduction to post production with the audiovisual team of Biluts. (60%)
Collaborate to the short film festival to be done in fall of 2008 (preparation, contacts, selection of films...) (10%)
Help to develop other Initiatives in audiovisual field and events for local community and record Biluts events. (10%).

Profile 4 – European activities (2 people) - 12 months
Assist to preparation of YIA activities of BILUTS as exchanges (4 next year) , initiatives (2) and Seminar to be run on 2008 about Interculturality in scenic and audiovisual arts. (50%)
Assist to international contacts manager with project planning and coordination between partners of the Euro Mediterranean network of Biluts. (20%)
Assist in some administrative tasks (mailing, translations...). (10%)
Self-training (language skills, technology, information…). (10%)
Running a personal project (10%)
